Belly dance Fitness Class (for Beginners)

Hello Ladies! Goddess indeed!!l 
My belly dance class for beginners (for this year) started last Tuesday (January 31) at Robinson's Place Imus and classes will be every Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm. 

The Sunday class started February 5 at Ballet Dance Academy Imus and we'll have it every Sunday, 4:00-5:00pm.... and hopefully we'll continue with this endeavor for a fit and sexier YOU...

This class will introduce students to the fundamental movements of belly dance. Focus will be more on proper body alignment and posture, muscular movement and clean execution of movement. A typical class will consist of warm-up,drills focus subject, short dance combinations and a cool down. This class is recommended for students who have never taken a belly dance class and/or are new students. It is also for those whose main focus is exericise and/or social in nature. We'll have a friendly environment with other participants...

 I am excited to meet new set of students once again and I am hoping to inspire them to love and  embrace the beautiful art of Belly dance...See you all in class, my dear ladies!!!! Come and join us, be in your best work out attire...and unleash the Goddess in you!!!

Bellylicious Duo

Belly dancing is considered to be one of the oldest forms of the art that touches the most naive human soul.

It is an ancient dance of women, for childbirth and fertility, and it highlights the sensual movements of the female body. Nowadays, it is being fused to various styles of dances such as hiphop, jazz, reggaeton, zumba, samba and the like.
